For more than a decade we have been building the quality of our headhunting and candidate selection services.
We offer clients a search service for finding directors, executives, middle managers and technical specialists. We deliver our services in Spain as well as other countries for companies of all sizes - from SMEs to IBEX35 companies as well as foreign multinationals.
Types of selection service
Executive Search and Selection (Retained)
This is our broadest service, and includes total exclusivity in regard to candidates.
Regular reports are provided.
The process ends when a shortlisted candidate joins the client company.
Search options:
- Extensive headhunting (direct search for candidates who may not be actively looking).
- Portfolio (candidates who may not be actively looking, but are found through proactive searching within the market).
- Internet - social networks, topic-based groups, etc.
- Advertising (active candidates).
Managed Process (RPO)
As above, for situations where there are multiple vacancies throughout the year.
Regular reports are provided.
The process is completed within the agreed time frame.
Committed Contingency Search
Primarily a "success" based process that includes a commitment to devote resources to carrying out reduced headhunting tasks and a commitment to shortlist candidates exclusively for 5 days from the date they are put forward and for up to 10 days after interview with the client. The aim is to put forward 2-4 candidates who meet the requirements, but there is no commitment to conclude the service or hire within a given deadline.
Search options:
- Headhunting (direct search for candidates who may not be actively looking).
- Portfolio (candidates who may not be actively looking, but are found through proactive searching within the market).
- Internet - social networks, topic-based groups, etc.
- Advertising (active candidates).
Contingency Search (Success-based)
No candidate exclusivity - meaning that candidates can simultaneously apply for other vacancies.
As this is a success-based service, the client is not committed and carries no risk. They do not, therefore, have the option of a commitment to conclude the service and recruit within a given deadline.
This applies in particular to situations where candidates are proactively put forward to companies.
