JOB DETAILS:

Title: Finance Manager Iberia located in Barcelona

Mission: To manage the company finances and to support the strategic growth plans for the region.

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for local statutory obligations and relationships with external advisors
• Ensure compliance with group control framework
• Responsible for financial reporting in accordance with group guidance
• Responsible for internal and external audits
• Act as business partner to senior management team
• Provide timely and accurate analysis to support business
• Manage and develop the finance team
• Support onboarding for new starters and prepare payroll

Experience and Knowledge

MUST HAVE:

Solid experience in the manufacturing environment is an absolute requirement

• Qualified Accountant
• Be fluent in technical English and Spanish
• Experience: 2 years in management position, 5 years in finance
• Understanding of IFRS and local accounting,
• Understanding of local Spanish company and Spanish payroll tax requirements
• Excellent use of MS Excel
• ERP systems knowledge
• Eligible to work in Spain
• Residence or willingness to move to Barcelona Area.
