Job Title:  Security Services / SOC Manager

Mission:

• SOC Security Analysts Team Management  (varying levels within a 24/7/365)
• Multiple security service delivery to our customers including SOC Services.
• Teams development and leadership to exceed expectations at an operational level

Your profile

• You are a security professional with a high technical seniority, able to provide mentoring, training and guidance on skills development to reports and less experienced team members.
• +10 years Cyber Security experience such as IT and Cyber Security architecture, development or operations, with a clear and interest in information security.
• Solid experienced with SIEM and other security detection & prevention technologies (e.g. firewalls, IDS, PM, VM) as part of implementing and operating a security program.
• Competence required in one of the following sub-domains (Data security, SecOps/DevSecOps, API security, Enterprise application security and Secure application security). 
• Experience in a customer facing role, including supervision and leadership
• Fluent English and Spanish
• You are the EU Citizen

Nice to have:

• Cyber Security Certifications and understanding of industry best practices
