Your tasks:
- Implementation Consultant is responsible for implementations, project management and continuous improvement of both new and existing Transportation Management solutions
- Own and deliver the Transportation Management System to customers
- Lead Projects, develop trusted relationship with customers and manage all the project life-cycle
- Provide regular status on deliverables and milestones to the project team and to customers
- Configure and build applications using standard and custom features to fit needs of client within Transportation Management System structure
- Act as liaison for clients to communicate to development team for tasks
Your profile
Required:
- High level of knowledge of Transport and Logistics Sector
- 5 years of relevant experience as SW Implementation Consultant
- University degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
- Good social skills
- Team worker and able to coordinate human teams
- Analytical, methodical, responsible, autonomous and able to take their own decisions
- Lives in area of Milan or Turin
- Availability to travel
- Language skills: Italian and English required. French, Spanish, or other language is an asset
Desired:
- Software development and databases knowledge
- Experience on Software solutions for Logistics, Distribution and Transportation Management
- Conditions:
Possibility of career in technology and logistics
- Full Training in Transportation Management System provided in customer’s locations like Toulouse or Barcelona and with locally, experienced consultants and developers, transferred to Italy at the present.
- Permanent labour contract (Italy)
- Salary: competitive, according to the candidate's capacities.
